We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you apply for membership, register for services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, or otherwise when you contact us. The personal information we collect may include name, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing address, job titles, usernames, passwords, contact preferences, contact or authentication data, billing addresses, and debit/credit card numbers.
We do not process sensitive information.
We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. We may share mailing lists (names and mailing addresses) of our members with selected human resources affiliates and service providers as authorized in advance by the Board of Directors. Independent contractors and outside companies who perform work for us are required to adhere to strict privacy standards through their contracts with us. We do not share member e-mail addresses to third parties.
We may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personal information of individual members to the appropriate governmental authorities. In matters involving a danger to personal or public safety, we may voluntarily provide information to appropriate governmental authorities.
