Meeting SponsorshipS

Promote your business to HR decision-makers! Sponsorships allow businesses to promote their products and services to HR professionals while allowing the chapter to keep meeting costs at a reasonable rate for members and guests.  If you are interested in sponsoring a meeting, please send an email to to secure your preferred month. 

Exclusive sponsorships are available during monthly chapter meetings for just $350. Shared sponsorships (max of 2 sponsors per meeting) are also available for $200 per sponsor. 

Benefits include:

  • Lunch for one representative ($30 for each additional representative)
  • Display table near the entryway (setup may begin at 11a for lunch meetings beginning at 11:30a)
  • 5 minutes to present your products/services to members and guests
  • The exclusive right to place promotional items on each table
  • Opportunity to display promotional banner/sign near the podium 
  • Recognition on the WASHRM website * currently under construction - when completed, recognition will be added for the remainder of the calendar year 
  • Recognition on all WASHRM social media platforms
  • Recognition in the WASHRM newsletter during the month of your scheduled meeting

Sponsorships are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must be received prior to receiving sponsorship package benefits. If WASHRM does not receive payment by the due date, it reserves the option to make unpaid sponsorships available to the next interested party. If payment is received after the monthly newsletter is issued, recognition will be provided in the next edition of the newsletter.
