WASHRM Sponsorship Opportunities

Promote your business to HR decision-makers! Sponsorships offer an excellent way for businesses to promote their products and services to HR professionals while keeping costs low for members and guests.

Exclusive sponsorships are available during monthly chapter meetings for $350. Shared sponsorships (maximum of two sponsors per meeting) are also available for $200 per sponsor.

 

Benefits include:

    • Lunch for one representative ($30 for each additional representative)
    • Display table near the entryway (setup may commence at 11:00 AM for lunch meetings commencing at 11:30 AM)
    • 10 minutes to present your products and services to members and guests
    • The exclusive right to place promotional items on each table
    • Opportunity to display a promotional banner or sign near the podium
    • Recognition on all WASHRM social media platforms
    • Recognition in the WASHRM newsletter during the month of your scheduled meeting

 

Sponsorships are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must be received prior to date confirmation, and all marketing materials, including logos and headshots, are due at least ten days prior to the meeting. If WASHRM does not receive payment by the deadline, it reserves the right to offer unpaid sponsorships to the next interested party. If payment is received after the monthly newsletter is issued, recognition will be provided in the next edition of the newsletter.
