Mission, Vision, & Statement of Equity
Mission: The West Alabama SHRM mission is to provide opportunities for education, partnership, advocacy, and career development for HR professionals in West Alabama through a professional association.
Vision: To cultivate a society of motivated HR professionals that support workplace and community needs to build a thriving future for West Alabama.
Equity Statement: West Alabama SHRM believes that our communities are strengthened by open, inclusive, and equal opportunities for those with different backgrounds, skills, and views in all professional settings and in positions of leadership. WASHRM will reflect these values in leadership opportunities and programming for members and non-members alike.
