May Meeting: The ADA, The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act and the “Interactive Process”

Mike Perkins, Frontline HR & Training, will lead our May meeting, where he will discuss the ADA, the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, and the “Interactive Process.”

Mike serves as the President of Frontline HR & Training, a team of Trusted Advisors supporting employers throughout the U.S. He is also Corporate Counsel/Senior Consultant for the Labor Relations Institute (LRI), a national labor relations leader. With more than 30 years of experience in law, human resources, employee relations, and labor relations, Mike has guided organizations nationwide through leadership development, compliance, and complex workplace challenges. He is a licensed attorney (FL), SHRM Senior Certified Professional, John Maxwell–certified trainer/coach, and a longtime SHRM leader.
