    Lorrie Coffey is a Talent Management Consultant with Horizon Point, specializing in strategic HR planning, full‑scale HR audits, compensation strategy design, HR process improvement, and recruitment support. She is dedicated to helping organizations strengthen their talent management practices, foster healthy workplace relationships, and become employers of choice.

    Lorrie holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from James Madison University and a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School.
